Raised right here in North Carolina, Joseph graduated from North Carolina State University in 2003 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Before becoming a Marine Corps officer, he worked as an engineer with most major projects being in Wake, Johnston, and Onslow County. Lieutenant Dalton received his commission in the United States Marine Corps in 2005 and throughout an honorable eight and a half year career, he served most notably as a martial arts instructor trainer and attack helicopter pilot. In 2011, Captain Dalton completed a 363-day combat deployment as a partner with Afghan Army and Police units. After a safe return to the United States, Joseph started his real estate career as an investor and agent. He immediately set himself apart from other agents by bringing not only military discipline and professionalism but also an investor’s mentality to the industry. He has a true passion for this business because of the way that it changes lives and therefore he treats his clients’ current and future properties not only as homes but also as the genuine investments that they are.
"Just Trust Him! Without a doubt that is the best advice I can give the perspective buyer/seller. Joe knows his stuff. He knows the area, the houses and the builders, and important to so many in this area, Joe knows the military move complexities. He honestly cares about what you want in a home and will find the right home for you vice pushing for the quick sale. I don't think I can give a better example than to tell you that we trusted Joe enough to buy our new home via Skype, with Joe showing us around while we were still in Colorado. We just finished moving in and Joe wasn't wrong...I just wish we had listened to him sooner."
